The Mr Men and Little Miss Character Tag

Mr. Men and Little Miss series, created by Roger Hargreaves and adapted into a blogger tag by Wonderfully Bookish is today's post of the day. You may have heard of this tag before- it's a fairly interesting tag that circulates around the book bloggers community and I'm really excited to get this done- especially with the small twist that has been introduced by the person who tagged me!

I've never read this series but they look super cute! Anyway, let's get started.

My Failed Attempt of Watching Mainstream Anime: Psycho Pass

"Watch this anime" they said. "You'll like it" they said. "Psycho Pass is totally up your alley!"

Spoiler alert: I did watch Psycho Pass, I did not like it, and it may arguable have been my type of genre but that doesn't change the fact that I just didn't like it enough to keep watching and finish. This was supposed to be one of those anime that everyone had glowing reviews about.

A lot of my friends who have pretty good taste in anime had recommended me this series and told me that it would be just right for me, since it's pretty obvious that most of the things I like tend to involve crime and police drama. Psycho Pass is a futuristic crime/police anime which sounds great, but...

The Greatest Korean Drama I Have Ever Seen In My Life

The first time someone tried to get me to watch a Korean drama was at least 5 years ago. My friend had come over from another city and I had invited her over to my place for the evening. We had sat down and talked and then she wanted to show me her favorite K drama that she was loving at that time.

I think it was Boys over Flowers? As well as another popular one that I can't recall at the moment. Both were romantic dramas, something that has never interested me. I think I'd watched about half an episode of either drama and given it up there. I can't even find what drama I had watched because Google can't seem to find good results for "korean drama where ugly girl becomes pretty". And then there was this other "drama where a shooting star knocks down a house". I can't remember if it was Korean or Japanese. Either way I can't find out what drama it was with such vague descriptions...

After I wrote out the review for Attack On Titan (without even watching most of the second season yet), another friend of mine from med school decided that she wanted to watch it too and she highly recommended the K drama I'm about to talk about in this post. "It's really good, you'll like it" she said. Spoiler alert: she was right.

Netflix Castlevania Review: That One Dracula Game Adaptation I'm Gushing Over

A vampire hunter fights to save a besieged city from an army of otherworldly beasts controlled by Dracula himself. Inspired by the classic video games.

When my friend shared the trailer for this Netflix series, I was excited out of my mind. Everything about it looked amazing, from the visuals and colors to the characters and the premise of Dracula, I absolutely had to watch it. I think it's one of the only Netflix trailers that made me so excited about a new series and had me waiting anxiously for the release date to come by.

7th July. I didn't watch Castlevania the whole week because I had an exam on that Friday and had decided to dedicate my time to studying instead of being so wholly distracted by what I thought would be the most amazing animated television adaptation of a video game. Was I right to wait until the weekend? I definitely was. Worth it.

Love Yourself Cause No One Else Will Ever Do It Properly

Hi. Yeah, it's me again. I made a promise to post regularly, but unfortunately and sadly, I've broken this promise. In fact, I've broken it every time I make a promise like this and I want to take the time to thank you guys for sticking around with me. I've had a pretty rough past month with lots of things crowding into my life and whenever a lot of things pop up into my life, I have a safety mechanism where I shut myself down and decide to pretend a lot of things don't exist, as if that would somehow make things better. Spoiler alert: it doesn't.

I've been trying my hardest to get back into the writing zone with lots of little pushes and prods from everyone. Shout out to my friends who sent in messages, shout out to my friends who sent in emails, shout out to me friends who tried pulling me out of my pit of depression with all their special ways. I'm writing this post thanks to you. And of course, thank you Envy for tagging me in the first place (:

Anyway, let's get this post started.

i'm not satisfied with my graphics anymore, I need to find a new style.
